Mind-Body Resilience: A 2-Week Yoga Challenge

Start your Fall strong with our Mind-Body Resilience Challenge! This two-week program is designed for SMUfit members and students who want to hone their mental and physical well-being and set themselves up for success. Whether you're new to yoga or have some experience, this program will help you feel better in your body and your mind.

About the Instructor: Andrew Soren is passionate about the connection between yoga and the science of wellbeing. Based in Halifax, he teaches applied positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and serves on the board of the International Positive Psychology Association. As the founder of Eudaimonic by Design, Andrew helps make work a place where people can bring their best selves to do good. He received his 200-hour yoga teacher training certification from Jason Crandell Yoga.
