Full day camp (U7 1/2 Day) Monday to Friday (start and finish time may vary by group)
1:5 (or better) instructor to student ratio
10 hours of on-ice training minimum

On-ice sessions - five skills component, competing situations and small area games
Daily Goaltender Instruction
Interactive classroom teaching
Positional and Individual goaltender training daily
Hockey jersey provided
